I took the drink and waited about 20 minutes and then I went to exercise.

To clarify a few things I am male in the mid twenties and I am about 30 plus pounds overweight. I would say my CS is severe, if it is above 80 and the humidity is 40% or greater I will sweating a lot.

You have to take this drink 3X a day, every day for it to really work. I did notice that if I only took it 2X a day, it was not as effective.

I woud give the drink a chance for 10 days to see if it works for you.
