You are never going to successfully win a civil suit with just that argument because there is no evidence or solid proof. Get a different diagnosis of like dysautonomia, Horners, myostidis, or whatever. Ask the doctor if they can directly relate this to the sympathectomy, then file a suit with actual proof and a label of what's wrong with you to show that you aren't full of shit. Thanks.
