Jean,

That's great you are still willing to pursue happiness. I wish you the best, just remember that spirit you had in basketball can be channelled into helping others. I know it's hard, i've lived with this for seven years. People that know you wont understand. They will say well at least you didnt lose your legs or arent blind. They don't understand having a messed up thermoregulation probably is just as bad. I hope you stay active in b.ball. I have these past seven years and it's kept my sanity, yeah it's not the same but it keeps me sane in those dark moments. I hope you keep willing to challenge yourself, I have faith in you. What I will push you into doing as I will tell other's here is try to get your doctor or a specialist to try lidocaine or ketamine therapy. I percieve this to be the best results we can get, better than a reversal. I know people are waiting for further advancements in nerve repair, the problem with that is it's a long time away and it wont help the people that have had ganglionectomie's.

Wish you the best
Arch
