This isn't a cure for a reduced heart rate (per se), but I have noticed that amino acids like tyrosine and phenylalanine pick up my heart rate by about 10 beats per minute. Its possible for me to have a resting HR of 70 bpm when I take these supps; normally, my resting heart rate is 60 or below.

They can give you energy but they can also increase anxiety, so if you decide to use em, start small.

Personally, I like tyrosine better than phenylalanine, but I haven't given either one of them a fair trial.
