Also, I think you should get checked for asthma ... lung constriction is fairly common after ETS, and that could account for why you're winded only after 15 minutes of jogging. (You could have exercise induced asthma, rather than allergy induced asthma)

I workout on the rowing machine alot, and previously I would poop out after 15 minutes; I could push myself further but it was a terrible struggle, and I felt like I was gasping for air. I didn't understand why I wasn't making progress.

I recently got an albuterol inhaler, and now I can pull away on the rowing machine for an hour and I can breathe much better.
15 minutes just breezes by.
