Thanks for the information.  The dry hands issue brings back memories for me because several months after ETS in 2004, my constantly dry hands was the first indication that something was wrong.  I had ETS solely for facial blushing.  When I noticed my hands were always dry, I did not think much of it at first, but then white hairline cracks started appearing in the fingertips - from the dryness.  Eventually, the skin around the fingertips started peeling and I knew then something was wrong, especially when it became difficult to grasp everyday items.  Or, how the fingertips would go numb quickly in moderately cool temperatures, probably from not having any moisture to act as heat insulation. When I spoke to the surgeon who butchered me, he said "just use skin lotion" as if it was no big deal.  Imagine that...an ETS surgeon exhibiting a complete and utter disregard for the sufferings of a  former patient - something we all know about!  Anyway, nine years later, I still use hand lotion daily - at least several times - for my dry hands.  O Keefes...I'll check it out.  Thanks again.
