If you recently had ETS and whether you feel it was successful or not, it would be prudent for you to start a file and keep the following (at a very minimum):
1. Download a copy of the surgeons website, specifically the one that you referred to while making your decision regarding having ETS. (If the website has already been updated, you might be able to get it from the following archive link www.archive.org/ )
2. Printed material that was sent to you from the surgeon
3. Your surgeons newspaper/magazine/radio/tv advertising
4. Any and all documents you signed regarding the surgery
5. A copy of your medical records
6. Know what your states Statute of Limitations are
Hopefully none of you will find this advice necessary, but just in case.......
