I don;t know why I didn't think of this before now but I have discovered the best excercise for us; Water aerobics!! No sweating whatsoever. I have been
doing it for the last two months and I feel so much better to be able to excercise w/out the worry of CS. It does not raise my heart rate much which I know is
an issue for most of us, but when my heart rate goes up it makes me feel like I am having a heart attack and it takes all day for it to come back down. It
completely wears me out. You could probably raise your heart rate if you really worked hard but anyone wanting to workout should definitely try water aerobics;
young or old!
