The administrators of this forum have my complete data, including my real name and my true date of birth. If you are not convinced, I am even willing to communicate with you privately. I could send you pictures of my scars in the armpit area or pictures of strange patterns on my T-shirts as a result of CS (although I think this is a little over the top). Also I am far from satisfied with damp trunk when spending time outside in summer months. I cannot give you the titles of all articles I read, there are dozens. Member Posts: 4662 09/06/09 11:42 PM Administrator	The administration of this forum DOES NOT have any data on real names, date of birth, etc. I am the owner of this forum; csmess and Aubrey are the adminstrators and none of us can access any personal information on members. The Yuku management team is completely separate from the administrators here and they do not release any private information. More than likely they are not familiar with ETS and most likely could not verify whether or not you are connected to an ETS surgeon. Looking quickly as the ISSS members you referred to, I can easily see many names that are connected to the International Hyperhidrosis Society. Samual Ahn is an ETS surgeon. Most of the above are connected to the producers of Botox (I forget the name, maybe Allergen??) and I believe the Symposium you referred to was just about the time when they first started forming their "non profit" society for the purpose of pushing Botox.

Compeau, Deepa Kattail, and Yaron Shargall: Thoracoscopic sympathetic clipping for hyperhidrosis: Long-term results and reversibility, J Thorac Cardiovasc Surg 2009;137:1370-8 They compare the results of T2 (288), T2+T3 (33) and T3+T4 (184) bilateral sympathectomies. 34 patients had the clips removed (5% T2, 15% T2+T3, 2% T3+T4). It is interesting that one of the reasons for the removal was sexual dysfunction in one of the patients. Clips were removed after a median time 11 months after the surgery and the follow up was a median time 34 months after the surgery. About half of the patients had a relief from the reversals. One of the interesting facts is also the fact that T2 sympathectomy alone was not enough to control HH of the palms in 7 cases and that T3+T4 was not enough in one case. This clearly shows the unpredictability of sympathectomies and anatomical differences in people.
