Hi everyone!!!!!
Went swimming today for the first time in ages! It's the only thing i can do to keep something like healthy, plus it disguises the cs. People can't notice me sweating when i'm in the water. The thing i noticed is that after a couple of lengths i couldn't catch my breath, my lungs felt like they were going to explode!! i used to be a good strong swimmer before the ets surgery. I couldn't hold my breath under water at all, it was awful. I must have the lung capacity of an ant. I began to feel dizzy, lightheaded, sick, faint, it was awful. Is this because the surgery fucks up your heart and lungs. Does anyone know how to get round this so i can enjoy my swim or am i doomed from now on?? and also if i carry on swimming and forcing my heart and lungs to breaking point will i do more harm than good??????? Anyone!!
Thanks
Cal.
