i had ETS on march 2008 i suffered a lot from the sweating for 23yrs and theres no need to tell anyone suffering from this most embarrasing social condition
about that.my palms were so dry after the surgery and i felt it was a dream. I had some CS but it didnt bother me. i had a perfect final academic year in my
college and now after more than a year after the surgery im awakening from that wonderful dream my hands are getting wet and this is getting worse
progressivrly. I want to know if anyone experienced the same thing????

Welcome rano,
What did your surgeon say about this? |

You will see on the image I use (the image depicts the result of the sweat test, where the powder turns purple where there is sweating) the pattern of the
returned Palmar HH, in approximately one year. I did not have a severe or dripping Palmar HH before, but after it came back, it was more sever than before.
However the return of teh hand sweaitng did not mean a reduction of any of the side-effects or the CS. I still sweat buckets. apart from the area of the neck
and head (after T2).

Hi Rano, how long ago did you have the surgery? Which level? Cut or clamped? By whom? Any side-effects? Severity? If you are going to see your surgeon, please
write down how the surgery affected you and ALL the side-effects you experienced, not just those they feature on their websites. Please mske sure that your
feedback is thorough in every sense, and yes, show him your newly perspiring hands. Just make sure that he is not going to con you once again into having the
surgery. Nerves regenerate and grow and there is no guarantee that a new surgery can eliminate the HH ever, but it can cause more damage to your Autonomic
Nervous System, and you can end up being disabled as a result.
I know I keep repeating myself, but please put it in writing and give it to him! |
